Elite Healthcare Solutions Ltd is a CQC‑registered supported living provider based in Surrey. We specialise in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support for adults with complex needs, including mental health conditions, autism, learning disabilities, emotional dysregulation, and behaviours that may challenge.

Whilst we have a wealth of experience in robust planning we feel it is important to include the individual in this process. Promoting their choice and independence where possible.

All care and support plans stem from initial historic documentations, assessments, face to face visits and interactions that are then implemented into our Care Management platform where all information is documented, analysed, and used to monitor all aspects of an individuals care. Enable quick and efficient information at the touch of a button.

Home Provisions and Adaptations
 

We will also support you in your own home or a home provision put in place via the local authority. We will work collaboratively to ensure these homes are fit for purpose.

We often design and adapt homes specific to the service user in order to enable and keep them safe. 

Working with property investors or Housing Associations, The local Authority and Elite Healthcare Solutions we are able to build tri-agreement that can solve the social housing crisis faced by many of our proposed service users.
